A flower vase made from worm-eaten oak. This product is different from conventional wood and is made from wooden materials that were considered worthless and discarded. The naturally blackened stripe patterns and holes are associated with worm-eaten marks and deterioration and stains from bacteria, producing a unique design for each product. Comes with a test tube that you can use for live flowers.
Dimensions: Diameter 63 x height 93
Manufacturer: Oyama Lumbering Co., Ltd.
A lumbering company founded in Toyama prefecture in 1946. While focusing on the lumber industry, they also put effort into creating a cycle based on trees and their relationship to society.

Brand: RetRe (pronounced, "Ree-Tree")
Oyama Seizai and designers Yoshiki Yamazaki have joined forces to create a new brand of everyday goods made from wood. The name RetRe is derived from 2 meanings, "Re tree: reuse of discarded wood by creating products" and "Re +(t) Re: continued reforestation through branding."
You can enjoy the product as an interior decor with the natural feel of the worm-eaten materials, even without the flowers. It comes with a glass tube for adding water.
(Included: glass tube)
Do not fill the product with water without placing the glass tube inside. It may cause the product to deform or get damaged. Take care that the glass tube doesn't dry out.
