Well-Designed Stainless Steel Cutlery Manufactured by World-Class Japanese Artisans.

Made in Tsubame City, a manufacturing community located near the center of Niigata Prefecture.
Starting with the production of hand-forged metal nails at the beginning of the 17th century, metalwork has developed to become the main industry of this area. Their traditional craftsmanship and highly-skilled techniques are well-known in Japan and abroad.
The "SUNAO" series of stainless steel cutlery is manufactured by Tsubame Shinko Industrial, a long-established company located in Tsubame City that is known for its production of cutlery, metalwork and western tableware.
Produced in a slightly small size with a narrow center, curved handle, and delicate appearance, yet designed with ease of factory manufacturing in mind. The surface is given a matt finish to obscure fingerprints and scratches to ensure ease of everyday use.
Designed by "graf" based in Osaka Prefecture, a creative unit that undertakes architectural design, interior design, product design, and even food design.
It expresses the intricate attention to detail on every part of the product and stylish design, as well as advanced craftsmanship.
Our restaurant in Toyama Prefecture has been using this stainless steel cutlery.
Dimensions: width 30mm x depth 136mm
Material: stainless steel
Manufacturer: Tsubame Shinko Industrial Co., Ltd.
Tsubame Shinko Industrial started manufacturing knives in 1919 in Tsubame City, a region known for its metal crafts. Although a mass-produced product, emphasis is placed on artisan handwork for expressing its fine design that conveys a sense of craftsmanship that will never accept compromise.
