Sori Yanagi Stainless Steel Lid for Milk Pan

A milk pan designed by the product designer, Sori Yanagi, based on a Yukihira pot. The spouts on both sides are designed to prevent milk from spilling when pouring. The lid is designed to cover both spouts and is not a circular design. The lid can be twisted to expose the pan's spouts and prevent boiling over, or even for pouring out excessive broth (The pan and lid are sold separately.). Made from stainless steel for durability and to ensure long use. Production began in 2000 and was given the Good Design award that year.
