Stores within Japan and abroad are co-operated under partnerships from each region. While living in each respective region, we cooperate with the local residents to think and discover the regional long-life design, and use of the worldwide network of communities to share information and know-hows.

The long-running "d SCHOOL" study session is held periodically where participants learn from "subjects" and "situations." Each store plans every session or workshop with an appointed teacher to propose an improved lifestyle with a "long-life design", promote cultural events, or life-long education.

Innovation of new designs and products isn't the only goal of designers and manufacturers. Searching for universality in existing objects, reselling second-hand products, and product development from the reuse of discarded or dead stock items add design and creation to recycling while committing to various efforts.
