TE=CHA(HAND AND TEA)
A shop specializing in tea leaves that is founded by Yukiko Nakajima, a Japanese tea instructor and educator. Sells tea from Nara and adjoining areas that use natural cultivation, natural farming, organic cultivation, and insecticide-free methods that don't use any chemical fertilizers.
Place the tea leaves directly into the cup and add hot water. Drink the upper layers of the tea and enjoy its good aroma. You can repeat the process of adding hot water and drinking it several times. For each mug, 2 - 3g of tea leaves are enough to produce a good flavor.
