Located in the Shibuya district of Tokyo, d47 is a combination museum, store, and restaurant that functions as a platform to rediscover the character of Japan. It is a collection of the enduring local identities and flavors of each of the country's 47 prefectures.

We operate in cooperation with adjoining stores and cafeterias and mainly hold exhibitions alongside speeches, personal experiences, demonstrations, retail activities, events, and workshops.

d47 Shokudo is a set-meal restaurant that uses seasonal ingredients from all corners of Japan while learning about the values of each regional cuisine. Each regional ingredient and food-culture is represented in the form of Japanese set-meal where you can enjoy and relish the uniqueness of each of the 47 prefectures.
