"d47 SHOKUDO" started in 2012 as a place for long-life design activities of "food". This restaurant is where you can enjoy the local cuisine from all over Japan in a single serving. The main menu is a set menu such as "Teishoku" for each prefecture , offering the entire local food culture. Each time the set menu is created, the director and chefs first travel to the local area. Yuki Aima, the director of d47 Shokudo, wrote this book about the restaurant's 10 years of existence and the possibilities of local cuisine in Japan.
Includes a recipe booklet with seven local dishes that are popular with our staff and can be prepared at home.
