▼Ingredients (2 servings)
160g (2 bags) "d& Dry Curry" roux
6g (0.2 oz) Unsalted butter
4g (0.14 oz) Almond flakes
30g (1 oz) Bacon slices
2 tablespoons Unsweetened Yogurt
40g (1.4 oz) Spinach
2 Eggs
Sufficient amount of Cooking oil (for frying)
Cooked rice for 2 servings

▼Directions
1. Toast the almond flakes in a frying pan over very low heat. When they are lightly browned and fragrant, remove from the pan and set aside.
2. In the same pan, melt the unsalted butter and sauté the bacon and spinach together until the spinach is wilted.
3. Place the rice on a plate, top with a layer of sautéed bacon and spinach, followed by the heated "d&Dry Curry" roux, yogurt, and finally sprinkle with toasted almond flakes.
4. Fry the eggs in oil at 180°C (356°F) until the edges are crisp and brown. (Watch out for splattering oil!)
5. Drain the oil from the eggs well and place the egg on top of the dish.
6. "d& Dry Curry" is ready to serve!

- Eggs taste even better when they are half cooked.
- If you want to make it easy, just place a sunny-side-up egg on top. Of course, just pouring the "d& Dry Curry" roux over the cooked rice is also delicious!
